Employee of the month – Nic Mackinder

Nic joined the Wagner team within SVRS in November of 2021 quickly climbing the internal ladder to become the residences SRC. Nic frequently goes above and beyond for the team, not only to be a great team player, but to also ensure the residents are receiving exceptional care. Nic often comes in early and/or stays late, picks up extra shifts and continues to strive and develop as a reliable team leader.
