Connections Kingston is Springview’s community-based support program, designed to provide flexible, individualized services for adults with intellectual disabilities, dual diagnoses, and behavioural needs.
This includes structured day programs, community support, and individualized services that help people stay engaged, connected, and supported in their everyday lives.
