Anne joined SVRS in June 2023 as a Casual at our Campbell residence. Anne frequently went above and beyond as a casual, often working 40+ hours a week. Anne also quickly developed her skills and her recent promotion to Keyworker reflects that! Above all else, Anne has shown a tremendous level of care for the clients and support to the staffing team. SVRS is excited to see Anne continue to develop in her new Keyworker role! Thank you, Anne, for your consistency, dedication, and hard work for SVRS clients!

Samira began her tenure with SVRS in February 2021. Samira quickly established herself as a hard worker, great team player and frequently went above and beyond for client care. Shortly after her hire, Samira earned a Keyworker position at our Campbell residence before again moving up the ladder to her current position, Supervisor of Forest. Samira has since developed her skills and become a great role model and leader – always leading by example. Above all else, Samira’s enthusiasm and excitement working with our clients is second to none. 

Thank you Samira, for everything you do for the clients and the team. Your hard work, dedication and enthusiastic attitude are incredible assets to have on the SVRS team! Great job! 

Nic joined the Wagner team within SVRS in November of 2021 quickly climbing the internal ladder to become the residences SRC. Nic frequently goes above and beyond for the team, not only to be a great team player, but to also ensure the residents are receiving exceptional care. Nic often comes in early and/or stays late, picks up extra shifts and continues to strive and develop as a reliable team leader. Everything mentioned above as well as the rapport Nic has with the clients greatly expresses what a vital member of the SVRS Team Nic is and has been.

Morgan was hired with SVRS in April 2020 joining the Wagner team, becoming their full time overnight. Morgan has since consistently completed her job duties, establishing herself as an incredibly reliable staff member. Additionally, Morgan frequently goes above and beyond picking up extra hours, not only at Wagner, but all programs within the agency to help in any way she can. We’d like to thank Morgan for her years of consistency, reliability, client centered approach and her amazing work ethic!

Spencer has been with SVRS since May 2021 at our Maple residence. Spencer became Key Worker, before transferring over to Hughes and has since became Hughes residence SRC. Spencer has proven to be a highly valuable asset to the team by consistently demonstrating a high level of skill and enthusiasm working with the clients, as well as completing his Key Worker/SRC duties in a timely/efficient manner. Thank you Spencer, for the hard work and dedication you have not only shown the Springview team, but to the clients you service as well! This was well deserved!

Ryan began his tenure with Springview as a placement student at Campbell. Ryan quickly showed his strengths by assisting with daily expectations and building rapport with staff and clients. Once Ryan completed placement he transitioned into a full 30-hour contract where his work ethic and team work continued to thrive. Ryan often picks up shifts, stays late and/or comes in early for the team, as well as comfortably works at any other residence as needed. All while maintaining a high level of client care. All of these also contributed to Ryan’s recent promotion of Keyworker at Campbell residence.

Hana has been with SVRS since October 2019. Hana began her tenure as a 30 hour contract at Maple and quickly climbed to being Supervisor of Hughes. Since establishing herself at Hughes, Hana has created a fun and active culture by consistently planning outings and activities for the residents and staff. Hana also has great leadership skills and always leads by example; often picking up shifts and/or staying late to not only help the team but ensuring the best possible client care is provided.

Thank you Hana for always going above and beyond for your team and clients. Your leadership, work ethic and client care are an invaluable asset to SVRS!

Stephanie K joined the Wagner team as a casual in September 2022. Stephanie immediately began going above and beyond expectations; often picking up shifts or offering to help in anyway she can. Stephanie has also recently began being Wagner’s Health & Safety representative; a position she volunteered for. Stephanie’s client centered approached has not gone unnoticed, with peers often speaking highly of her approach and work ethic with the clients.

Stephanie, you continuing to go above and beyond for the team and clients is greatly appreciated! Thank you for being such a reliable member of the SVRS team!

Des has been with SVRS since February 2019 and began her tenure at Campbell residence before transitioning over to Maple residence. Des’ experience and skills have resulted in her climbing the agency’s ladder and becoming Maples Senior Residential Counsellor. Above that, Des has built an incredibly strong relationship with the residents at Maple; having worked with several of them for 4+ years. Each of the residents often share great memories and appreciation for having Des around!

Des, your work ethic, relationship building and level of care provided have become an invaluable asset to the team over the years!
