Maddy has been with Connections Kingston since its opening in September 2024. Maddy immediately began demonstrating an eagerness to learn and a commitment to client care. Maddy has continued to work hard and actively develop her skill set; which is reflected in the great rapport she has built with the clients and her team members. We are excited to have such a committed, hard working and eager member of the team thrive so early into their tenure with Connections!
Kenzie has been with SVRS since October of 2020, beginning her tenure at our Campbell residence. Kenzie’s primary residence may have been Campbell residence but you would often see her working at all of our residences. She was consistently going above and beyond picking up shifts and doing everything she could to be a team player and ensure the clients were cared for. Through years of hard work, commitment and a great work ethic, Kenzie has climbed the SVRS ladder where she is now the Supervisor of our Forest residence; where she has continued to excel. Kenzie is a instrumental piece to the SVRS team and we appreciate all she has done for the clients and team!
Abeeb has been with SVRS for since December of 2023 quickly becoming a Keyworker at Forest residence and is currently filling in as their SRC. Abeeb always completes his paperwork responsibilities on-time with a consistent high quality of work. Abeeb has built a strong rapport with the residents and the staffing team and can often be found staying late and/or picking up shifts to help when needed. Abeeb has continually demonstrated what a valuable member of the team he is!

Cheyenne has been with SVRS for 5 years now – beginning in October of 2019. Cheyenne began as a casual but throughout the years has climbed to Keyworker, SRC and has been Supervisor since 2022. Since becoming Supervisor, Cheyenne’s work ethic & client centered approach has remained strong. Cheyenne has continuously demonstrated consistency, reliability, ambition and an incredible rapport with clients. Cheyenne has shown herself to be an invaluable member of not only the Campbell team, but to the entire SVRS team.

In less than a year of being with SVRS Shelby has demonstrated a great skill set, a client centered approach and a consistent work ethic. Shelby volunteered herself early in her SVRS tenure to be the Hughes residences Health & Safety representative and has consistently fulfilled the responsibilities within the position while also maintaining consistent success and work ethic in her regular duties. Shelby’s client centered approach and consistency is also reflected in the rapport she has established with the clients!

Fredrick has been with SVRS since September 2023 and has since demonstrated what it truly means to go above and beyond expectations. Fredrick is currently a casual, who consistently works 40+ hours a week, often picking up shifts, and even more impressively, has yet to miss a scheduled shift! Additionally, Fredrick shows a consistently high level of client care and comradery towards the team at Forest residence. Thank you for all of your hardwork, dedication and consistency Fredrick, this is very well deserved!
Alexis has been a member of the SVRS team since October 2023. Alexis started as a casual, immediately becoming reliable and consistent with picking up shifts. In less than a year, Alexis has shown tremendous growth as a staff and team member and was recently promoted to Keyworker. Alexis’ reliability, consistency and ability to quickly learn and adapt are great to have on the team; not only for SVRS staff but the residents she supports!
Since Gavyn’s tenure with SVRS began; last December, Gavyn has developed a strong rapport with the residents at Forest house. This has been with a great willingness to engage while also maintaining high enthusiasm, regardless of the activity! Not only has Gavyn continuously developed his rapport with residents, but he has also consistently demonstrated great teamwork; often picking up shifts, staying late/coming in early and doing a great job leading by example. All of this, along with genuine hard work and commitment has given Gavyn the tools to earn a promotion as Keyworker too!

Samson began his tenure with SVRS in October 2021, where he quickly showcased skills, he had developed with a previous employer, while also adjusting/adapting to SVRS, creating a unique but strong skillset. Additionally, Samson was quick to build rapport with clients and staff, eventually earning a promotion to Keyworker and SRC. Samson continues to have a strong rapport with the clients and staff, while also remaining consistent with his Keyworker/SRC responsibilities and is always looking for different opportunities to develop his leadership skills!

Aundrea has been with SVRS since August 2023. In her short tenure, Aundrea has earned a position as Keyworker within our Hughes residence. Aundrea has built a great rapport with clients, as well as completes her paperwork efficiently and effectively and has also quickly developed a great understanding of behaviour management.
